Ramada by Wyndham Lac La Biche

My room was nice and clean and the shower worked great. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about, but you can't really complain when it's free. The real highlight here is the pool. There's a decent amount of room to swim, the hot tub is quite large, and the waterslide rips. I also want to note that the man behind the desk, Hedwig, was super friendly and helpful. That guy deserves a raise.

I was booked this location for a business trip. It was night and day compared to the previous hotel I stayed at. The lobby was inviting and check in was quick. The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom amenities were plentiful, and the products provided were nice. The wifi worked well, and the bed was extremely comfortable (King Size). Breakfast was hot and there was plenty of coffee. Gym was adequate as well. If I ever came back to Lac La Biche, this would be the place to go. I would recommend this location.

Hedwig at the front desk is truly amazing! He always ensures that everything is taken care of! He has been so helpful and is so kind and gives exceptional customer service. 5+ stars to him!

I stayed here for work in June of 2025. The room was clean and well maintained. The service was excellent! the check in man was pleasant and made sure that I accrues my points. The next morning I realized that I forgot my underarm deodorant. They have a shop to buy these items but the lady at the front desk gave me a complementary deodorant and also tooth paste (without me asking). Well done keep up the great work!

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the level of hospitality at this hotel. The staff are truly amazing — warm, professional, and always going the extra mile to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable. Their friendliness made a real difference in my stay. The hotel itself is spotless. Everything from the lobby to the rooms is kept impeccably clean, which really speaks to the care and attention they put into maintaining the property. Breakfast was another highlight — more like a mini buffet! There was a great variety of fresh, delicious options to choose from, catering to all tastes. It’s the perfect way to start the day. I genuinely couldn’t ask for a better experience. I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

The hotel was good. The continental breakfast was fine. Only downside is they changed our room without telling us. We reserved a double queen and when we showed it was a king (reciept varified). They apologized but said there was nothing they could do. We had a family of 4 so they rolled in a cot and we used the couch pull out to accommodate all 4 people. Pool was also broken and has been for about a month. Nothing offered as a discount or return.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff at the Ramada in Lac La Biche. We stayed from Jan 20th until Feb 4th. (We came down to have our baby with our midwife who is based out of Lac la biche.) The staff were beyond amazing! Made my husband and I (and our children) feel so welcome and made sure we knew that if there was anything they could help us with to just let them know. Unfortunately, the pool was down while we where there ( no fault of their own, the HVAC company had been back and forth multiple times to fix the air exchanger with no avail during our stay). But where that amenity was unavailable they made up for with the buffet breakfast there was eggs, hash browns, sausages and either ham or bacon every morning, along with the obvious bread, bagels and a few pastries, and a waffle station that was top tier with real whip cream and a berry compote. And to top it off they have organic coffee (huge win for me ). The housekeeping staff was also amazing, anything we needed to switch out was made readily available to us The rooms themselves were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. When we did eventually have our baby they gave us a beautiful card, and our other children little goodie bags to take home. We will remember the staff and our stay there forever.

We stayed for a night in June and had a great stay. There was an issue with our reservation and the rooms we booked, but management rectified the situation for us, which we were very happy about. Excellent breakfast and the pool and slide were great. Would stay again.
